Where our inventory comes from
We buy our merchandise through established resale channels:
- Retail overstock and customer returns from major department stores
- Liquidation lots purchased from liquidators
- Outlet and clearance purchases from retail and outlet stores

About item condition
Since some of our items are customer returns or overstock, they may not always come with original tags or packaging. When an item has no tag, we say so in the product title (for example, "No Tag"). Many of our items are one of a kind and available in a single size, so if you see something you love, don't wait.
